Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use wualt.com. That includes people who use a screen reader, move around with a keyboard, or find moving content hard to follow. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

We have not reached that level everywhere, and we do not claim that the site fully meets it. This page tells you where we are. It covers wualt.com only.

What we have done

Here is what we have done so far:

• We added alt text to images, so screen readers can describe them.
• We labelled icon links, so assistive technology can say where they go.
• Keyboard focus is visible where possible, so you can see where you are as you move through a page.
• The site follows the reduced-motion setting on your device. When it is on, moving marquees stop and movement is replaced with simple fades.

We also aim for readable contrast between text and background.

Known limitations

We know the site is not perfect yet. These are the main gaps:

• Some carousels and moving sections are not yet fully accessible.
• Razorpay's payment page and the Google Form for community sign-up are run by those companies. We do not control them, so we cannot promise how accessible they are.
• Some older content is still being reviewed.

If any of this stops you from doing something, write to us. We will do our best to help you finish your reservation or sign-up another way. As we fix things, we will update this page.

Tell us about a problem

If something on the site is hard to use, please tell us. You do not need to know the technical name for the problem. Just tell us what happened. Write to hello@wualt.com and, if you can, include:

• the address or name of the page;
• what you were trying to do;
• what got in the way;
• the device, browser or assistive technology you use, if you are happy to share it.

We aim to reply within five working days. Every report helps us improve the site. You can also write to us by post at S-15, Economist House, Labour Colony 1st Cross St, Guindy Industrial Estate, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032, India.
